Salah AlQuhati Institution is a powerhouse driving sustainable growth across five diverse sectors: from managing over 200,000 sqm of agricultural land to operating hypermarkets and dairy production lines. They needed a corporate website that didn’t just list these services, but visually demonstrated how they integrate vertically to create market stability.
Fragmented Identity: How do you design a site that speaks to a real estate investor, a retail supplier, and an agricultural partner all at once without confusing them?
Data Visualization: The client has massive numbers (revenue projections, land area, trade volume) that needed to be presented as “trust signals” rather than boring spreadsheets.
Functional Hybrid: The site needed to serve as a corporate brochure and a functional real estate listing platform.
Visual Strategy:
Corporate Minimalism: We opted for a clean, grid-based layout that allows the diverse imagery (farms vs. hotels) to coexist harmoniously.
Iconography: We developed custom icons for the “Five Pillars” (Retail, Ag, Real Estate, etc.) to give users a quick visual anchor for navigation.
UX Focus:
The “Success by Numbers” Approach: Investors trust data. We designed a prominent “Impact Section” with animated counters (e.g., “200,000+ sqm Cultivated”) to immediately establish the scale of operations.
Sector-Based Navigation: Instead of a generic menu, we created distinct landing pages for each sector, effectively treating the website as a hub for five mini-sites.
Tech Stack: WordPress, Real Estate Management Plugin, Custom CSS/JS for animations.
Technical Solutions:
Property Management System (PMS): We integrated a dynamic “Add Property” and listing engine. This allows the Real Estate arm to upload villas, lands, and buildings directly, transforming the site from a brochure into a sales tool.
Bilingual Architecture: Seamless English/Arabic switching to cater to local stakeholders in Marib and international partners in China (as indicated by their global contact footprints).
Performance Tuning: Despite high-res images of hotels and farms, we optimized asset loading to ensure the site performs well even on lower-bandwidth connections in developing regions.
Interactive Portfolio Map: Showcasing the vertical integration between sectors (e.g., how Agriculture feeds into Dairy Production).
Real Estate Portal: Searchable database for residential and commercial properties.
Investor Relations Hub: A dedicated area for financial highlights and strategic vision.
News & Insights: A blog section to position the institution as a thought leader in economic resilience.
SAIQCO now has a digital headquarters that reflects its true size and influence. The website successfully communicates “Stability” and “Growth,” helping them attract high-level partnerships while simultaneously serving local customers looking for real estate.
