Sumuu Al-Enwan is a cornerstone of Medina’s development sector, known for high-quality contracting and strategic real estate services. As a company deeply aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, they needed a digital presence that reflected their magnitude, reliability, and commitment to “creating imprints that last.” They partnered with Motive Media to build a bilingual platform that serves both investors and homeowners.
Despite their strong physical reputation, Sumuu Al-Enwan needed to bridge the gap between their on-ground expertise and their online identity. The main challenges included:
Brand Perception: Transitioning from a traditional contracting image to a modern, holistic development partner.
User Segmentation: The website needed to speak to two distinct audiences simultaneously: large-scale investors looking for contracting services and individuals seeking residential properties.
Trust Indicators: showcasing over 10 years of experience and 80+ completed projects in a way that feels verifiable and impressive, not just static numbers.
Visual Strategy:
Color & Tone: We utilized a clean, corporate palette to communicate stability and transparency. The design relies on ample whitespace to let the project imagery—the true heroes of the site—breathe.
Vision 2030 Alignment: Visual cues and iconography were selected to mirror the modern, progressive aesthetic associated with the Kingdom’s future developments.
UX Focus (User Experience):
Bilingual Architecture: We designed a seamless LTR/RTL (Left-to-Right / Right-to-Left) switch to ensure the experience is flawless whether viewed in English or Arabic, catering to local and international stakeholders.
Navigation: We split the user journey early. By clearly categorizing “Real Estate Services,” “General Contracting,” and “Development,” we reduced the clicks needed for a user to find their specific service.
Tech Stack: WordPress for easy management.
Technical Solutions:
Dynamic Project Portfolio: We built a custom post type for “Projects” (like the Al-Hijrah Compound and Sumuu Towers) that allows the client to easily update project status, location, and galleries without touching code.
Animated Statistics: To highlight their authority, we implemented animated counters for “Years of Experience” and “Completed Projects,” drawing the user’s eye immediately to their success metrics.
SEO Structure: The site is architected with localized keywords (e.g., “Real Estate in Medina,” “Contracting Saudi Arabia”) to capture high-intent traffic from the region.
Interactive Project Showcase: Detailed pages for landmark projects with high-res imagery.
Automated Lead Filtering: Contact forms are routed specifically to the relevant department (Contracting vs. Sales) to streamline operations.
News & Insights Hub: A dedicated section for industry news, keeping the content fresh for search engines.
Responsive Mobile Design: Optimized specifically for mobile users, as over 80% of real estate searches in KSA happen on smartphones.
The new Sumuu Al-Enwan website is more than a brochure; it is a digital headquarters. It successfully positions them not just as builders, but as visionaries in the Medina market. The platform has streamlined their inquiry process and reinforced their credibility as a key contributor to the region’s urban development.
