Our Humble Beginnings:

 

Motive Media Group was founded in 2010 by Derrick J. Gray, with a slightly unusual mandate: motivate people through communication. No, we’re not socialists, but we enjoy socializing with our clients and end consumers, and that means we are obligated to do right by everyone in the equation. That translates into some very smart decisions on behalf of our client partners and remarkable employees.

+ Produced, written, edited & directed over 100 on-location, infomercials, commercials & documentaries for local and regional cable broadcast

 

+ Operations Manager of a local television station in Pensacola, FL for over 3 years & Director of Productions for 6 years.

 

+ Degrees from the University of West Florida in Telecommunications & Film and Internet Technologies.

 

+ Photographed over 200 weddings and produced several nationally published photographs for Olan Mills Photography Company.
